In the beautiful low country of South Carolina, Dominion Energy is making bold moves and leading the industry toward a healthier, sustainable future for the communities it serves. We’re proud to work with energy companies, like Dominion, as they pursue innovative methods in CCR management, from responsibly closing legacy facilities to designing new ones.
Our work for Dominion Energy began in 2006; since then, we’ve served in a variety of capacities across six stations, all of which demand the most up-to date materials handling, regulatory knowledge, and fiscal oversight.
Principal Partner Stefan Bray, P.E. and Construction Manager Steve Nichting actively manage these projects, drawing on their vast experience in this field.

Environmental assessment, design, permitting, and construction for new wastewater management facilities and closure of waste management ponds (FGD, low volume wastes, coal pile runoff, landfill runoff, etc.).

Facility construction and closure cost engineering, waste handling and disposal planning and analysis, environmental monitoring and corrective actions cost planning, landfill financial assurance, Conditional Asset Retirement Obligation cost estimating.

CCR rule compliance reviews, construction and closure certifications, operations review and certifications. We certify projects so that state and local officials can be confident at every step of the process.
