Horry County South Carolina, is home to some of South Carolina’s most beautiful landscapes. Most famously, Horry County is home to one of the Southeast’s most popular tourist destinations, Myrtle Beach.
Our team has worked with the Horry County Solid Waste Authority (HCSWA) staff in various capacities since 1998, while Garrett & Moore began serving the county in 2006.
Senior Project Manager Craig Fortner, P.E. actively leads this project, providing outstanding technical expertise and super customer care.
